CeraVe Intern – US Marketing

Driven, proactive, productive, passionate, eager to learn/improve, self-motivated, team and detail-oriented are qualities necessary for success in this role. Provide assistance to the US marketing team with an emphasis on customer acquisition and B2C initiatives, operational marketing, and necessary follow up as well as assist with other US marketing projects on an as needed basis. This internship will report to the Director of Marketing.


  • Work closely with US Marketing team (AVP + Director) to provide overall support and help execute projects across various platforms
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage projects and coordinate deliverables, including but not limited to retailer sample programs and national trade toolkit
  • Scour and obtain competitive information across key classes of trade (promotions, new product launches, in-store planograms)
  • Assist with administrative team needs (M43, SRM, DPM, POs, Coupon Barcode Creation, Invoice management)
  • Weekly/monthly analytics: reporting on category sales performance and other KPIs
  • Own & maintain creation and coordination of national display bonus packs that support the overall marketing strategy
  • New product launch support:
  • Track item distribution in coordination with sales team
  • Track inventory in coordination with supply chain team (product availability dates)
  • Assist with consumer and customer research
  • Help with organizing meetings and conference calls
  • Ad-hoc marketing projects

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; must have graduated within the past 12 months
  • Must provide valid work authorization in the United States
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent written, analytical and communication skills
  • Highly analytical individual with excellent understanding of data management and ability to use Excel to organize data, create reports, and deliver meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Ability to self-manage projects and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High level of organization, ability to overcome obstacles
  • Creative thinking
  • Willingness and ability to own, follow up on, and complete any administrative tasks
