Job Description

 *  Assist retail marketing manager in the development of retail marketing moments & respective “go to market” asset mix (360 launch pack)
 * Define and implement integrated online/offline promotions strategy reflecting overall brand strategy and meeting local markets’ retail needs.
 * Develop promotional collateral reflecting brand values & image to ensure retail excitement in countries through strong consumer insights.
 * Coordinate with different stakeholders (zone, msl, purchasing, suppliers, countries) to ensure timely mad through monitoring of development plan (retroplan).
 *  Consolidate and analyse promotion results and best practices to define opportunities also vs competition
  Manage budget

Must Have Aspects

 *  2/3 year experiences in trade marketing ( country or DMI)
 * Sensibility to luxury & trends / in tune with Asian millennials  
 * Ideally strong retail sensitivity & knowledge of Chinese retail & digital ecosystem 
 * Sharp / well organized / Anticipation
 * Must be Asian talent ( & ideally speaks Chinese + fluent English)
