Job Description

“New retail” expression inspired by Alibaba’s new retail concept around fully integrated omni-channel experience 

 * Define retail marketing brand strategy  (1/3 years vision)
 * Build a retail marketing calendar with a consumer centric perspective capturing pic sell-out moments/opportunities of the market to fuel the growth of our pillars and launches / in alignment with zones and key markets. 
 * Within this frame, develop an integrated consumer experience, Omni channel (online and offline) / engaging & consistent with brand positioning / with a full marketing mix (IMC/360/Retail/Digital) 
 * Develop promotional products and items ( limited editions / sets /GWP/ wrapping etc.) contributing to the business and fully consistent with brand image
 * Build, develop and manage the retail marketing team 
 * Pilot A/P budget ( development costs / choice regarding key bets / value analysis & profitability etc.

 Must Have Aspects

 * Strong retail sensitivity with knowledge in digital (ideally Chinese digital ecosystem)
 * Development skills : able to build a concept around the moments with strong story telling
 * Strategic vision / Leadership / collaborative spirit / fluent in English
 * Ideally 10 years’ experience within the industry (talented trade marketing or Digital manager at local level / or raising DMI group manager with retail and digital sensitivity)

Preferred Qualification
 * 3 to 6 years work experience in 1 or 2 companies.
