L’Oréal, the world leader in beauty, is currently looking for a passionate and skilled KAM Support to join the sales team in our Consumer Product Division in Denmark. 

As our KAM Support, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Key Account Managers executing our sales plans across our major accounts. You will be involved in a variety of tasks – and will be an important player in the team to ensure best in class execution. 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting analyzes and tracking different sales measures ongoing
  • Preparation of sales presentations to the customers
  • Updating of a variety of sales reports
  • Product registration and maintenance of product list in SAP
  • Updating and maintenance of product data to the customers
  • Campaign planning and forecasting in close collaboration with your team and the customer 
  • Handling invoices and credit notes in close collaboration with the customer
  • Planning and execution of sales conferences 
  • Support the sales team on ad hoc tasks 

Your profile:

  • You are structured and organised and have a strong drive
  • You have a strong analytical mind-set and very good communication skills
  • You manage the concept of multitasking and appreciate working on different projects 
  • You have a solid experience from similar coordinator roles within FMCG
  • You have a service gen and enjoy providing support to your team
  • You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office  and super user in Excel
  • A knowledge of Business Warehouse and SAP is an advantage but not a requirement
  • You are fluent in Danish and English, both orally and written
