eCommerce Key Account Manager


The KAM will be responsible for indirect distribution (eRetailers and Pure Players) strategy and trade terms. Analyze local eCommerce Market Size, Key Players for online Health & Beauty (together with CMI) and set up Business Plan for eCommerce.


Negotiate and align Joint business plans with eRetailers & Pure Players, with regular Joint reviews on achievements / KPIs.


TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Entrepreneurship
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build network
  • Capacity to analyze large volumes of data, with the ability to spot trends and use the interpretation of the numbers to create a positive outcome
  • P&L Management
  • Knowledge of modern sales tools (ECR, CatMan, CRM, data systems)
  • Good knowledge of FMCG Sector and first experience in Health & Beauty
  • Previous experience in eCommerce or KAM/CatMan
  • Knowledge of relevant legal aspects and competition law
  • Develop new businesses: innovate, recommend & reapply
  • Manage of Amazon, Mercado libre, Walmart.com accounts among others
  • Share eCommerce best practices as a benchmark
