Ø  To plan and maintain digital media budget, based on Marketing Plan. Each media placement must designed to effectively reaching agreed ROI

Ø  To develop, implement and monitor 4-5 digital recruitment programs throughout 2019 with the objective of creating call to action to salon and recruiting new consumers

Ø  To analyse the effectivity and success rate of each campaign (mid and after)


Ø  To develop partnership with potential business partners (banking, other beauty brands, designers, influencers, etc) with the objective of creating call to action to come to salon and to recruit new consumers

Ø  To help developing partnership betwen clients (Kérastase salon partners) and potential business partners (banking, designers, influencers, etc)

Ø  To engage with potential communities with the objective of having strong partnership with communities

Ø  To start collecting and to maximizing customer database (both existing and potential) based on each campaign


Ø  To develop an elaborate plan for Kérastase influencer community (Kérastase Family) to be based on each campaign

Ø  To widen the reach of brand (and salon partners) to local and potential influencers

Ø  To nurture a better & stronger relationship between clients (Kérastase salon partners) and micro influencers
