Job Guidelines:

Brand communication: Develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time.

- Contribute to building and implementing a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy :

- Contribute to thinking on the communication plan

- Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, events….

- Define, put in place and manage communication projects/operations

- Manage media relations, including new media relations

- Initiate and maintain relations with all the relevant media role players including new media, social networks and bloggers/influencers….

- Evaluate media operations quantitatively and qualitatively and make recommendations

- Contribute to Managing internal communication for the Brand and promote brand launches and events internally

Internal communication: To implement locally internal communication strategy:

- Coordinate and manage major internal communication events for employees of the subsidiary to efficiently relay key messages and values expressed by the Group Management

- Deliver appropriate communication tools for the various events and projects under responsibility: prepare and pilot meetings, nourish intranet, communicate key messages,…

- Listen to employees and make suggestions for improvements

 Philanthropy projects and programs as part of the Group’s philanthropy strategy.

- Implement philanthropy projects and programs: organization, management, coordination

- Develop the internal and external visibility of philanthropy projects and L’Oréal’s philanthropy policy

- Manage local philanthropy requests and coordinate local actions
