Become an Owner of of the brand equity, the omni-channel brand strategy & development and the full brand P&L!

As our Senior Brand Manager for REDKEN you will:

  • Define and guide the REDKEN  brand strategy consistent with the international brand equity and the country’s priorities to contribute to continued growth of the brand, our customers  and the consumer relationship

     

  • Delivery of brand top opportunities/ key brand indicators in all the channels and all the categories (Category growth, Client & Consumer Penetration, Category ISMS, Top SKU distribution, Key Launches distribution and sell-out targets, Education KPIs)

     

  • Assure the complete ownership of the end-to-end marketing & education process on all brand initiatives

     

  • Close cooperation with sales and other departments such CS and logistic to develop winning business approach towards our clients across different business channels

     

  • Lead and develop  internal marketing and brand activation team (2px) and external  education Redken Artist team

 

You are our Senior Brand Manager for REDKEN, if you have:

  • At least  4 years in marketing on managerial positions

  • Strategic thinker with good knowledge of marketing / education strategy, consumer insight & brand value creation

  • Native Czech or Slovak, fluent in English

  • “In Love” with social and digital media

  • Obsessed with customer and consumer centricity

  • Understanding of P&L drivers and how to drive action plans

  • Excellent analytical skills and sense of focus to prioritize and drive key initiatives to success

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to drive change through collaboration with a sense of empathy in an emotional “hairdressing/artistic” environment

  • Proven team management experience: high energy and modern leader who knows how to maintain personal energy and focus, speed and hands-on approach to achieve excellence in execution and results whilst developing teams

  • Confident use of Excel and at ease using pivot tables, functions and reports
