L’Oréal and its massmarket division is currently looking for a new key team member to strength our customer care and operations team in smooth supply chain processes in the market of Czech Republic and Slovakia.
As a Customer Care Specialist you will empowered to:
Establishing personalized relationship with the key clients
Proactive order follow up and issues communication
Efficient response to clients requirements
Dispute situation follow up
Enforce GTS and Credit policy within the organization
Responsible for the client accounts clarity
Participate in the training of the newcomers (especially sales, DC, credit)
Owner of the Order To Cash process
We are expecting:
Strong orientation on the customer
Ability to simply describe complex situation
Knowledge of Excel, Power Point
Deep understanding of physical distribution principles
Establishing network with key teams (sales, distribution centre, credit)
Proactive communication about issues
