L’Oréal and its professional haircare division is currently looking for a key member of our market development team to take over responsibility to lead our digital strategy on the market of Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. As a Digital Manager you will be responsible for :
Owned platforms excellence (tagging, SEO, GDPR compliance, UX, etc.)
Project management of ecosystem projects (new assets, functions, changes/improvements)
Digital Media Strategy and Execution:
Tailor the Global Digital and Media strategies to the local characteristics for our brands
Develop and manage online brand and product campaigns to reach brand specific goals (awareness, call-to-action, etc.) excluding creative development (brands responsibility)
Manage the digital media budget of the division
Partner and challenge media agency (including on innovative mechanisms)
Monitor digital performance and consumer engagement
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the company (marketing, communication, sales, education, finance, international stakeholders, social media team, corporate digital team) and with external media partners and ecosystem suppliers
Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities
Drive change in our way of working:
a. Create and communicate guidelines for implementation; processes & tools, KPIs, educate, pilot, measure, share best practices.
Develop and mentor the Marketing team to upskill digital expertise
You are our new Digital Manager, if you have or you can:
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Professional English knowledge
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords ,DoubleClick campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Project management experience is a must
Great communication skills and people development focus
