Within the Research & Innovation Department, the Technology Department is responsible for preparing the company to face the challenges of the future while reaping the benefits of the amazing transformations that are taking place within our technological environment and our work methods.

Your mission?

Organizing, developing, and overseeing the deployment of a structural transformation project while developing project management tools.

Doing so will require:

  • Planning, organizing (schedule, report, presentation) and facilitating meetings to unite the teams around a common objective;
  • Enabling a quick, effective and consistent understanding of the issues;
  • Ensuring harmonization and warnings about discrepancies/obstacles by identifying risks and opportunities;
  • Creating dashboards to monitor and control the project/issues under his or her responsibility;
  • Reporting at various senior management meetings in presentation form.

Who are you?

  • An engineer with general scientific background
  • A minimum of five years’ experience
  • Initial project management / PMO experience essential
  • Flexible / A good listener / Concise 
  • Good leadership / communication / interpersonal skills
  • An awareness of the world of innovation and beauty
  • Fluent in English
