Are you interested in helping a personal care product company leader to manage its regulatory issues and to shape its worldwide regulatory environment ? 

The role is within the worldwide Regulatory Affairs Direction, and within a team dedicated to regulatory policy and issue management.


  • Contribute to the identification, the regulatory analysis as well as the impact analysis and criticality assessment of emerging regulatory issues
  • Develop within a defined portfolio of regulatory issues and  in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders specific regulatory positions and associated actions plans
  • Monitor and/or oversee the implementation of said regulatory action plans

  • Ensure the external representation of the company as well as the advocacy/defense of its regulatory positions in industry consortia and working groups


  • You have 15+ years of experience in R&D, in personal care product or related sector
  • Experience in regulatory affairs, toxicology, human and/or environmental risk assessment would be a plus 
  • Leader interested and skilled in team-work & collective efficiency in matricial organizations
  • Influence and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented though displaying human qualities
  • International experience appreciated ; fluency in french would be a plus
