L’Oréal are looking for a strong Marketer to join the best in class cosmetics company, in our London HQ. You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team in the UK and liaison with teams overseas. This role will have exposure to the international brand development teams with the opportunity to contribute to new projects. You will be very closely linked with the commercial team, finance and supply chain. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Commercial – Your challenge is to work closely with sales teams to beat commercial targets set for your brand.  They will be relying on you for marketing knowledge and also for you to present directly to retailers.  You will be involved with retailers, influencing commercial strategy and taking decisions which directly impact P&L.

Media – you will assist the Group Product Manager in determining media strategy and working with our agencies to plan media spend.  Working with some of the most inspirational brands in the beauty.

POS – Working closely with the visual merchandising team, you will be involved in creating compelling in store theatre that results in consumers switching to your brand portfolio or maintaining their loyalty.

Budget – As part of a brand team with a significant budget, you will accurately track spend and meet your financial objectives.  You will have considerable input in establishing brand budgets and financial goals.

Operations – You will be responsible for working very closely with the supply chain team ensuring you maximise stock availability.

 PR – You will work closely with the communications teams to make sure all PR opportunities are maximised and challenge the team to maximise brand exposure through pro-actively creating features.

Education – Understanding the importance of service and product expertise, you will work closely with education teams to ensure delivery great customer experience.

Digital - Working closely with the Digital Manager to ensure that innovative digital campaigns are seemless with new product launches and promotions.
