When taking on a career in CPD with L’Oréal, you will get ownership of our new business partner. You will have the responsibility for the important part of our E-commerce business.

When being responsible for your own customer we expect different things from you. We expect that you succeed in:

  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners

  • Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner

  • Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales…)

  • Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans

  • Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners

  • Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance

  • Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities

 What are we looking for?

If you are the right match for the position, you have experience (min 2 years) in e-commerce or any similar experience in Digital. Furthermore, you:

Are a skilled negotiator with a strong strategic approach

Are used to work on Clients’ P&L

Are familiar with E-commerce newest trends and have ability to predict them

Are analytical, result oriented and very experienced with Excel and Power Point

Are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills

Are a good planner with excellent project management skills
