Digital lead for the Make Up category of the Consumer Products Division (Brands: Maybelline & L’Oréal Paris Cosmetics). This role plans and executes local digital marketing and e-commerce strategy as well as acts as the key liaison between the Brand team and Digital team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and execution of Annual Digital Brand plan for Maybelline & L’Oréal Paris Cosmetics with full management of overall Digital budge
  • Drive sucess of major campaigns and branding initiatives i.e. 3-star stagings, major New Product Developments (NPDs), seasonalities, New York Fashion Week, Cannes Film Festival
  • Drive E-Commerce focusing on 11.11 and 12.12 and all make up related events with key e-tailers
  • Custodian of brand websites and responsible in driving SEO for all categories
  • Manage Brand buzz on Digital working closely with Zanroo to maximise special presence via optimized keywords, E-PR, hanshtags etc
  • Digital Research to continuously build consumer profiles and database, tracking of new consumer recruitment through Digital and contribution of Digital initiatives
  • Compile, analyze and provide actionable business recommendation based on shopper/consumer data from e-tailers
  • Drive Facebook engagement
  • Establish optimum advertising versus sales model on Digital
  • Establish influencer marketing activation plan and Manage Make Up Artists / key influencers with the Brand team

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a Digital or Marketing capacity within FMCG / E-Commerce / agency. Experience within the Beauty industry is an added advantage but not a pre-requisite
  • Analytical with strong ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Passion in the beauty industry and in the Digital space
