Job Responsibility:

  • To manage and develop a group of BA/Counters in a given geographical area
  • Manage retail and sell in sales for total brand at given geographical area
  • Develop a deep knowledge of point of sales and store business plan
  • Assisting Retail Manager in implementing retail strategy for the brand
  • Improve Beauty Advisor’s productivity
  • Ensure all Beauty Advisors are equipped with necessary training to perform their task
  • Analyze monthly sales out performance by counter /region
  • Develop the sell-out: product and brand training , organization and running of special events, monitoring of the results
  • Execute sales strategic planning smoothly
  • Prepare the animation, target sampling and promotional activity efficiently
  • Achieve sales targets, qualitative and quantitative objectives given by Retail Manager
  • Recruit, develop, coach and manage Beauty Advisor’s team
  • Manpower planning and development of retail personnel
  • Motivate sales staff of the stores
  • Communicate effectively with sensitivity with the Beauty Advisor team
  • Work harmoniously within and beyond the brand and Adhere to datelines
  • Report results to management
