To develop the business through a solid commercial strategy (joint business planning) and achieve the budgeted net sales, retail sales and to grow the market share for the brands.

  • Drive & manage sell-in sales for the brands nationwide, breakdown per region and per retailer
  • Drive national ranking and market share
  • Drive brand’s growth
  • Drive customer recruitment target achievement
  • Define joint business planning with key retailers and maintain strategic retailer relationship
  • Working closely with Retail Manager to ensure follow through of plans to drive sell out Manage
  •  Strong collaboration spirit in working internally and externally
  • Responsible for daily, monthly and seasonal tracking of total retail performance in country
  • Maintain knowledge of the trends within industry – Make Up, Skincare, Fragrance
  • Analyse and maintain counter productivity
  • Monitor competitive activity and retail performance within cosmetic department and country

To lead the retail operations for Fragrances with:

  • Strategic retailer planning and relationships with key departmental stores and perfumeries across Lancôme, Biotherm & Fragrances
  • Leading the Fragrances retail team including Beauty Advisors, Retail Supervisors
  • Link between head office team (marketing, trade marketing, merchandising) and Retail Supervisor’s team / Store Personnel
  • Work closely with Merchandising & Marketing team to ensure counter quality and merchandising standards
  • Manage Retail Development fund towards efficient spending and maintaining the budget allocated
  • Drive retail operations excellence 
  • Recruit, develop, coach and manage counter managers with the help of Retail Supervisors 
  • Manpower planning and development of retail personnel
  • Improve Retail Supervisor’s productivity
Requirement
  • Have been in the Retail position in the cosmetic or retail industry. 
  • At least 3 years’ experience in handling key account management and developing joint business plans.
  • Excellent people management skill and strong business sense.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to mix at all level of people.
