What will you do? 

 

As a Media Manager, you will be expected to do the following:

 

1.      Lead the Implementation and Compliance to our Global Media Norms and Standards

·        Media Agency Management Guidelines

·        Media Management Investment Norms

·        Media Process

·        Contacts Usage

·        Financial and Control Processes

2.      Train the Philippines Organization on the following:

·        General Media Standards and Knowledge

·        Annual Strategic Media Planning (Integrated Marketing Communications)

·        Media Management Investment (Buying) Norms

·        Contacts Usage

·        Media Agency Management Guidelines

·        Media / Campaign Planning and Management

·        Measuring and Tracking Media KPI’s for Higher ROI or ROAS

3.      Perform and Champion the Media Process Standards

·        Media Plan Management over 8 Brands across 3 Divisions

o   Annual Media Planning Process

§  Pre-Budget Set-Up

§  Budget Set-Up

§  Annual Media Agency Briefing

§  L’Oreal-Agency Strategic Media Planning Workshop

§  Strategic Media Plan Validation

o   Monthly Media Plan Process

§  Media Plan update and review

o   Review Media Plan at the Signature Level

o   Review Annual Media Plan

o   Business assessment and check budget alignment with Trend

§  Monthly Media Committee and Validation

o   Annual Rebate Rate Update

·        Campaign and Flight Management

4.      Enable and Implement Media Management Golden Rules

1.      Monthly Media Plan validation by Marketing and Finance teams

2.      Flight validation is done at 2 levels at (i) Marketing and (ii) Finance teams

3.      PO Management with monitoring for discrepancies against Goods receipt amount

4.      Goods receipt must be managed by Marketing team based on the Actuals data available in Contacts system – fulfilled by Media Agencies

5.      Timely and Accurate booking of discounts & rebates and financial closing

5.      Collaborate with a Multi-Functional Team Internally and Externally

·        Internally across L’Oreal Divisions, Brands and Functions/Departments

·        Externally with the Media Agencies to Media companies and networks to other Agencies who are involved in the Marketing/Brand/Media campaigns

Who are we looking for?

 

·        A graduate with a degree in business, marketing or related

·        Displays sensitivity to L’Oréal's “Métier” 

·        Has appreciation or passion in the beauty and cosmetics industry 

·        Possesses excellent leadership and management skills

·        Has at least 5-7 years’ work experience in media buying and planning – both in digital and traditional media

·        Has media agency experience and ability to manage agency relationships

·        Has strong quantitative and analytical skills

·        Driven, agile, energetic and enterprising

·        Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City and is mobile
