Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and head-hunt the best talents in adherence with L’Oréal's values and ethics
  • Advertise open jobs utilizing social content and actively source candidates leveraging social media to attract talent and develop candidate engagement for current and future opportunities
  • Research social media recruitment ideas in order to constantly innovate the recruitment sourcing strategy;
  • Implement selection processes according to L’Oréal principles and conduct competencies based interviews;
  • Develop a high-quality candidate experience: monitor target candidates, inform candidates regularly of progress, ask for feedback regarding the recruitment process;
  • Offer support in the recruitment reports (KPIs), analyze them, and make suggestions for improvement
  • Ensure accurate data is updated in HR system (Avature)
  • Promote L’Oreal  as the employer of choice to all potential candidates by providing information regarding the Company, culture, benefits, and opportunity
  • Responsible for the integration process to ensure deadlines are met, as needed
  • Be the point of contact in communication with the international teams;
  • Carry out the integration process for new hires
  • Offer support and promote L’Oréal's employer brand (EVP) by representing the company at events linked to recruitment
  • Develop specific Employer Branding events based on the strategy
  • Be in charge of various internal events related with Employer Branding
  • Have an eye for digital innovations within HR


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Management or similar discipline preferred
  • Excellent command of English
  • Job Related experience: min. 2 years recruitment experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Professional experience in Digital/Employer Branding (external and internal) is a plus
  • Experience in using a variety of recruitment tools to source candidates, including jobs boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, networking, etc 
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems required (Avature is a plus)
  • High energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative and dynamic work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
