What are we looking for? 

In our NYX Professional Makeup team, we are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to execute the local digital marketing strategy to develop the brand positioning in Singapore. The jobholder will ensure local marketing, communication and commercial coverage towards developing the consumer engagement and loyalty. 

In this role you will: 

  • Roll out the Brand‘s digital activity and ensure its consistency with the brand sense of purpose 
  • Develop and implement an ongoing approach to influencer relationships and brand public relations.
  • Develop a network of key influencers (bloggers, makeup artists, vloggers, press, etc) in Singapore and personally manage all influencer programs from initial engagement and outreach to execution of mailings and campaigns
  • Place consumer’s insights at the heart of the marketing and business model 
  • Develop and manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness 
  • Ensure cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations based on that 
  • Partner and challenge media agency (including on innovative mechanisms) 
  • Drive eCommerce strategy and oversee the brand’s online sales, monitor online sell-in & sell-out excellence
  • Share best practices and monitor local digital performance of the products and social communities to support the brand’s ambition 
  • Identify online and off line drivers and articulate the digital strategy with the brand positioning 
  • Ensure an outlook among the local competitors & other industries: trends, intelligence, and experimentation 

Requirements: 
  • Minimal 3  years of relevant experience 
  • Experience in drive and strategize digital transformation and data-driven marketing activities 
  • Track record on digital brand building
  • Ability to strategize ecommerce acceleration 
  • Digital technology expertise
  • Excellent communication skills
