Job Summary:  

The regional e-marketing manager will contribute to the e-commerce acceleration of the consumer products division. She/he will lead the development of three specific areas in our ecommerce business: Makeup category growth, lead category management (from assortment to promotion strategy), coordinate projects and operations in order to optimize our consumer experience. 

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:  

General:  

  • As part of the Digital and Ecom APAC team, work with internal stakeholders (merchandising, Marketing, finance) – as well as external partners (agencies, marketplace…) to deliver best-in-class E-commerce revenue and experience.

  • Pilot assortment and promotion strategy and coordinate the implementation: from bundle pack strategy to assets, A+ Content for all Top SKUs and Big Bet 

  • Ensure we have a strong weekly activity plan for our regional account e-commerce players for Top SKUs & Big Bets and full leverage of big events (Plan and execute Online Shopping Festivals: 11.11, 12.12… ) 

  • Responsible for the strategy and implementation of our online business priorities in order to grow to grow traffic, improve conversion, and drive new customer acquisition. 

  • Collaborate with the regional eMerchandiser to create an overall beauty strategy with the goal of maximizing sales while enhancing our online consumer beauty experience.   

  • Contributes to category marketing plans with customer and category analysis and promotional strategy 

  • Provide best practice sharing to brand teams as needed to execute best in class launches and marketing programs online 

  • Consolidate results and KPIs 

  • Monitor E-Commerce trends, interesting initiatives and competitors’ best practices 

Digital Marketing:  


Minimum qualification:  

  • Responsible for the traffic and conversion to our shop in shop in close collaboration with our digital performance team

  • Pilot offsite and online SEO/ SEM activities to maximize revenue and ROI

  • Develop engaging contents and campaigns in close collaboration with our digital content team.  


 Minimum qualification:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or equivalent e-Commerce experience  Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or equivalent e-Commerce experience
  • 6+ years’ minimum experience working in FMCG marketing, commercial or Ecommerce. 
  • Experience in the beauty industry is a plus 
  • Good understanding of best practices of marketplaces storefronts and online media is a plus.
  • Good understanding of best practices of marketplaces storefronts and online media is a plus.
  • Good understanding of China-specific or Southeast Asia digital landscape (TMall, Lazada, shopping festivals …) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Good understanding of Retail/Omni-channel business 
  • Able to manage complexity within a complex International environment
