You will

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) for Decleor & Carita your time will be split between managing an account base of existing salons/spas/hotels and winning new business. Your overarching mission will be to build long-term relationships with customers and execute commercial plans for Decleor & Carita in order to achieve and exceed revenue, promotional and distribution objectives.

• Develop and manage key business relationships on a day-to-day basis
• Maximise opportunities to drive retail sales with our partners
• Collate data and produce analysis and reports for cumulative sales, category analysis and promotional sales and product launches
• Planning the seminar agenda and being responsible for presentations, handouts and marketing calendar management
• General administration support such as compiling commission sheets, raising POs and expenses

• Able to present confidently and demonstrates the ability to convince others
• An effective listener and work well with different interpersonal styles
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Focused on achieving objectives, able to adjust priorities, manage time, follow up on actions

You have

• A proven track record working with key accounts, either from a sales or education perspective is essential
• Understanding of a luxury environment, appreciation of superior service and the values of a luxury brand
• Commercial acumen supported by excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including customer service and prioritization skills
• Analytical expertise and previous commercial experience
• Previous retail experience and industry knowledge is desirable
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Powerplay, Word etc.)
