YOU WILL:

Be responsible for the day to day reviewing of all ACD brand websites with recommendations and insights to be provided for website & UX optimisations. In addition, you will work on the digital brand management of CeraVe and Roger & Gallet.

The role is broken down into two parts:

Digital Trade

Support to deliver the brands direct online trading strategies and plans across all ACD digital brands
Regularly reviewing the websites and making recommendations to improve the customer journey and performance.
Manage the product catalogue, categorisation and sorting rules on direct website and ensure onsite merchandising is updated and optimized.
Provide weekly reporting, analysis and insights on internal searches, product and promotional performance and conversion rate blockers across direct websites.
Manage online testing roadmap with the focus on driving conversion rate, transactions and time spent on the sites. This includes the full roll out of test campaigns across the brands and sharing insights with the team/division.
Work collaboratively with digital, marketing and commercial teams to ensure online performance is continuously optimsed.
Manage end to end testing of all online promotions and communicating any updates to key external and internal stakeholders.
Play a pivotal role on website relaunch and development, as well as key digital projects, that will create a point of difference across direct driven traffic
Work closely with marketing and digital teams to ensure online content and campaigns are always up to date and delivered on time.
Pro-actively learn and understand every day basics of Magento and then Demandware once migrated (D2C website platform) to implement website activity.

Brand Management

You will be solely responsible for the digital brand management of Roger & Gallet, working closely with the marketing and commercial teams to ensure your brand is testing new digital initiatives and driving awareness within the market.

In addition, you will also support on the digital brand management of CeraVe and working closely with the CeraVe Assistant Digital Brand Manger (dotted line).

This includes:

Enhance performance, traffic and conversion on our brand and retailer websites
Work with marketing teams to activate best in class online marketing strategies
Ensure all content is optimised for organic search and in line with brand search strategy
Manage CRM strategy and data acquisition targets in line with CMO ambitions
Work with 3rd party agencies to manage digital marketing campaigns and website functionality
Drive brand differentiation vs competition online
Implement, manage and optimise the online ratings & reviews
Support the relationship with the marketing teams digital and social media strategy
