L’Oréal have a new opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst, supporting the Head of BI across all aspects of sell out reporting for L’Oréal Luxe UKI. Your mission will be to collect and consolidate sell out data leveraging our internal tools, working with brand business stakeholders and senior management. You will identify reporting needs and implement a standardised and automated process that will tackle those needs, enabling regular reporting.


Maintain a central database across all of our brands
Consolidate electronic point of sale (EPOS) and non epos data from our retail partners and online platforms
Ensure data consistency
Deliver management reporting for the businesses which will need to be accurate, timely and actionable. This will include:
Weekly/Monthly Sell Out Reporting;
Data visualization tools and dashboards;
New Launch trackers etc.

Analyse data and provide key insight on business trends or areas of opportunity to drive business performance

Work with key internal and external stakeholders including:
Retail Partners
Brand Sales & Retail Directors
Brand Finance teams
Senior Management including Managing Director


Educated to degree level
Highly analytical and detail orientated
Experienced in BI and data management; able to deliver highly standardised and automated reporting

Personable with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Flexible, agile and open minded
Creative with an ability to develop new ideas and innovative solutions


Experience in complex analysis of business performance in a commercial business environment

Demonstrable problem-solving ability

Excellent prioritisation skills; you’re able to meet tight deadlines, while achieving results
Excellent presentation skills; you’re able to deliver / cascade key messages to multiple peer groups and varying levels of seniority

Comfortable with numbers; fully proficient with Excel & VBA
Experience in working with large database; knowledge of SQL beneficial
Competent in using a visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI
