Key Responsibilities

Mission: To Develop the business through retail outlet strategy (brand boutiques and drug stores). Secure strong collaboration with business partners in order to drive profitable sales growth in the region.

FSS :

Responsible for:

•Liaise with the business partner to ensure top locations for a sustainable growth.

•Ensure like for like growth on existing boutiques

•Successfully manage the opening plan

•Negotiates with the distributor in order to maximize sellout, ensure sellin while achieving a profitability.

•Create the multi-year growth strategy by country.

•Ensure clear merchandising guideline for the distributor. Manage orders / local productions.

•Manage KPI’s and store performances: footfall, conversion rate, average basket value, units per transaction. To analyze business results and trends and take timely and appropriate action to drive sales and profitability.

•Liaise with education manager to ensure BAs represent at the highest standards the brand.

•Manage merchandising expense budgets.

Drug Stores:

Responsible for:

     Manage the relationship with the client. Be the main contact person for day-to-day business within the team.

•Responsible for developing and implementing a joint business plan with the retailer.

•PL management

•Retail management: Staff recruiting, training and incentives

•Merchandising orders / local productions

•Event planning & promo strategy

•KPI’s and analysis of performances

•Slobs management strategy

•Liaise with supply chain to keep track of orders, stocks and forecast future sales by client.

•To be an inspirational leader, representing the brand
