What are key highlights of this role?

 As the HR Business Partner you will report into the HR Director for the Division and act as a trusted advisor for your respective Brand and Functional teams. You will be driven by the challenge of partnering with the business to help achieve the business agenda and unlock talent potential.

As part of your role you will be able to quickly build strong relationships with internal managers and employees and be the first point of contact for all HR related queries. You will be able to think on your feet, be solutions focused and results driven.

What are the key duties of this role?

·         Drive the talent agenda through;

o   Dynamic career conversations, in alignment with managers, to reinforce retention and optimise skillsets across the teams

o   Support business in talent acquisition, ensuring diversity balance and a pipeline for future talent

o   Structure and proactive succession planning with your populations

o   Support line managers in their decision making for promotions/offers and in delivering key messages to their teams

  • Help drive the HR Master plan by supporting the HR team with all key projects,
  • Support the HRD to effectively manage headcount and salary mass elements of the Divisional budget.
  • Participate in recruitment activities in order to attract and select, to implement the FIT program and to build close relationships with associates and identify potential
  • Be able to lead and manage all first line employee relations cases, ensuring managers are offered practical advice and guidance in line with current legislation.
  • Responsible for the monthly dashboard and identifying key trends for the Division. Other duties include reviewing all payroll files before monthly submission.
  • Consolidate and analyze HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual reports for his/her area of activity, according to defined objectives.
  • Drive Excellence FIT Programme.
  • Work collaboratively with managers and employees to develop an EVP programme that shares the Division’s story both internally and externally.
  • Outline business issues for his/her unit in terms of HR issues and projects, anticipate and accompany operational requirements and organizational changes, acting as a business strategic driver. 
  • Create conditions for a high-quality social environment, in particular alongside social partners, and strengthen the quality of life in the workplace.
  • Strengthen and promote L’Oréal's image, as well as its diversity, by ensuring respect for the Group's values and code of ethics.
  • Carry out activities linked to a specific area of human resources according to the local level HR organization (sourcing and campus management, HR communication, management change projects, etc.).
  • Carry out tasks in accordance with L’Oréal's values, in particular in terms of diversity and disabilities.
