·          Build and maintain an open and full collaborative relationship with Key Account

·          Guarantee the quality of sales forecast from a client and product level for sell-in and sell-out

·          Achieve joint KPIs from a customer perspective, including; inbound, DC to store, OSA, stock-holding (SIT), OTFR

·          Build a collaborative Business Plan for Distribution partners in Gulf Countries (Lower Gulf)

·          Work with business partners / distributors to develop forecast in line with Business vision



·          Support and coordinate sell in forecast construction by product / account on monthly & weekly basis with Commercial & Demand Planners.

·          Build a medium to long term horizon for Promo & Events’ forecast, updated regularly by tracking sell-out

·          Monitor product supply risks and notify customer of potential issues (Implant: make changes to order system)

·          Organize and manage 30/60/90 collaborative sell out  forecast and quarterly review meetings

·          Liaise with buyers & customer supply chain as first point of contact; as well as the L’Oreal KAM, DPs, Supply Planners & Customer Service Advisors

·          Project work: continuous improvement on replenishment  strategy and inventory by developing customer systems to better manage stock allocation / stock transfers (between doors/DCs/territories)

·          Develop stock optimization policy with the Key Account (Liquidations / clearances etc.)

·          Define and publish regular reports to understand business health with the KA (OSA, OTFR, Lead Time, etc.)

·          Spend at least 50% of the time in the customer’s office as an Implant

·          Build a realistic & Bottom-up vision of sales for ROG, independently from other planning exercises (budget trend, procurement plan, sales objectives), specifically from Sales Objectives.

·          Build a promotional / activation plan for each country in ROG in-line with the brand strategy & RGM guidelines, for a rolling 18 month horizon

·          Build a forecast for the Wholesale channel in-line with the ROG business plan

·          Align forecast horizon:

a.        Short term horizon (M-3): deadline for promotion forecast (to be validated with customer)

b.        Mid- Term horizon (M-6): Launches forecast is validated and promo forecast initiated

c.         Long term horizon (M-18): Present vision per Category/ Brand to support Budget construction

·          Refresh forecast monthly, analyzing sell-in, sell out, and stock in trade performance

·          Work on the forecast collaboratively with the teams while being customer centric, focusing on the Distributors

·          Respect yearly and monthly deadlines, to integrate Business Planning in Budget/ Trend and Forecast/Validation meetings.

·          Monitor and align on the MOC of distributors to be in-line with the business strategy


Education/ Qualification

Min. à Bachelors of Business Administration Or Bachelors in Engineering

No of years experience:

Ideally 5+ years experience

Essential experience : Demand / Supply planning

Preferred experience : Customer Relationship Management + Commercial
