As an Account Manager, you will have a passion for luxury skincare, make-up and fragrance products. Key Responsibilities

§  To be fully aware and accountable for achievement of Account Targets and set individual targets for the team.

§  Drive the accounts performance with Lancôme Retail Tactics and achieve expectations set. Monitor and record individual performance and address any non performance.

§  To ensure smooth and efficient running of the account by establishing correct communication, delegation and motivation of the team.

§  Lead by example delivering Diamond service at all times. Coach and develop team to achieve all aspects of Diamond Service.

§  To ensure yourself and team members comply with the Lancôme grooming guidelines to reflect the brand image.

§  Maintain and control stock levels according to Retailer guidelines.

§  All account paperwork to be completed accurately, legibly and on time as directed by Lancôme management.

§  Reflect the Lancôme image in all merchandising following the Visual Merchandising Guidelines. Maintain a clean and hygienic counter area including all tester units.

§  To undertake any other duties as and when directed by Lancôme Management.


Commerciality

§  Seek out and be involved with outside opportunities for events and activity.

§  To be aware of competitors products and activity and have the knowledge of departments performance in relation to own account.


Brand / Product Awareness

§  Have a full understanding of all products and update product knowledge where necessary.

§  Ensure yourself and your team know the speech bubbles.

Interacting Effectively

§  Maintain good relations’ with Hammersmith/Nottingham and Regional Management.

§  Develop strong relationships with store management to gain support for the brand.

§  Network with local contacts to optimise business opportunities for the account.
