You will play a key role in establishing consistent go-to-market excellence across all countries in Asia Pacific; ensuring international development meets the needs of the local consumers and market. You will develop and implement marketing strategies for the brand across Asia Pacific as well as feeding the international teams with sharp local insights.


Key Job Accountabilities:

  •  Define Asia Pacific's strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)
  • Collect, analyse consumer and market insights, share findings with HQ to ensure the consistency of new developments with the countries’ needs
  • Be the expert on Asia’s consumer, product performance & market dynamics, continuously feeding international development with insights and / or development proposals based on consumer needs, competitor and market benchmarking 
  • Challenge HQ on projects and marketing mix (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to ensure that the international marketing plan responds to the local market and consumer needs 
  • Animate the countries and assist them to create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  •  Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the local marketing teams in the preparation of meetings
  • Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose  while nourishing the brand
  • Ensure compliance of marketing materials (artwork, imagery, digital, point of sales, education materials) and proper implementation of retail recommendations


Desired Skill sets:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline 
  • 8 years or above marketing experience within Beauty or Luxury industries; regional exposure would be advantageous 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong ability to manage business stakeholders
  • Offers creativity, judgment and opinions while evaluating marketing strategies
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment, agile and driven
  • Passionate towards the beauty industry
