Job Summary:

Support Los Angeles area free-standing stores with all education functions including facilitating group trainings, in-store coaching with KCR’s and in-store selling and event support. Support select wholesale events as directed by VP of Customer Experience & Education.

Spend 40% of time in Flagship store (unless otherwise directed) and 60% of time in other LA free-standing stores (unless otherwise directed) driving sales through education of product knowledge and Circle of Service selling skills.

Coach teams to increase sales and maximize productivity through effective floor supervision, and selling skills. Train and coach managers to become strong team leaders and coaches.  Ensure that all LA stores are effectively implementing 2-2-2 clienteling.  Work closely with VP, of Customer Experience and Manager of Customer Experience, Southern California to ensure brand standards are being met.  Make certain that in-store personnel are upholding all brand core values and act as daily brand ambassadors, including dress code.

Job Requirements:

-College degree plus minimum of 3 years experience in cosmetics, apparel, or home sales/training  or management position

-In-store field experience at management level required

-Excellent written communication skills

-Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

-Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Ability to travel throughout territory. Approximately 20% travel

-Retail business awareness and acumen

-Strong customer service and selling skills

-Proven experience in coaching sales associates to maximize sales productivity

Judgment and Decision Making:

-Assess training needs in designated territory

-Execute trainings as designed by Education team

-Moderate supervision required for this position
