As Multichannel Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the acquisition strategy for the Professional Products Division. You will:


  • Champion SEO across the PPD division working with UK marketing & PR/UK digital & IT /International teams and ensure content creation is well optimised and all teams are working in line with the PPD content strategy and process
  • Manage the day to day relationship between TradeDoubler and key affiliate partners to ensure incremental revenue and first to market on new activity
  • Support with sharing trend insights within the industry with wider teams to help drive understanding of the importance of SEO & performance marketing
  • Monitor and report on key KPI’s including forecasting, monthly budgets and ad hoc brand insight requests
  • Take ownership of day to day tasks within the search space, help drive towards both our ambitious SEO and Paid search targets and manage the internal sign off of search briefs
  • Educate and empower PR teams & marketing by delivering best in class insights into search trends, competitor analysis and digital innovation
  • Contribute to the growth of the PPD customer database by driving online data acquisition across search, competitions and affiliation
  • Proactively go after new digital and acquisition innovation and influence key stakeholders to trial and invest


Reporting into the Head of Digital for the PPD Division, the key qualities and skills required are:

  • Min 2 years digital performance marketing experience including affiliates, paid search display, re-targeting
  • Strong expertise in SEO & content strategies
  • Creative thinker with a track record in defining digital strategies to deliver both – revenue and positive ROI
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to get to the heart of complex problems
  • Excellent knowledge of the Google analytics & Webmaster tools
  • Familiar with the outreach, keyword research & technical audit toolset
  • Passion for digital and innovation & latest trends including algorithm updates such as Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird and their impact
  • Highly personable with the ability to engage and influence multiple business stakeholders
