L’Oréal Luxe opens a unique world of beauty. Its international brands incarnate all the facets of elegance and refinement in three major specialisations: skin care, make-up and perfume. L’Oréal Luxe products are available at department stores, cosmetics stores, travel retail, but also own-brand boutiques and dedicated e-commerce websites.

For the first time ever, L’Oréal Luxe has partnered with a worldwide celebrity grooming icon to co-create an accessible, luxury male grooming brand from the ground up, which will launch in the UK and Ireland early next year. We are looking for two Regional Grooming Artists who  will be responsible for up to 10 key concessions in London & the South West or Manchester and the North West / Scotland & Ireland, driving the sell-out and growth of these accounts. You’ll take ownership for retail sales, customer satisfaction and delivery of brand image; and your ability to build strong relationships at all levels will enable you to maximise sales and new business opportunities for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive in store sell-out to meet retail targets through the delivery of exceptional customer experiences
  • Prioritise customer needs; discover, understand and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
  • Build strong business plans around your accounts, activity, launches – in line with National account strategy
  • Negotiate promotional sites and implement marketing activity to generate sales growth for the brand
  • Partner with in-store retail management and provide pro-active feedback to internal departments, investigate and drive discussions / solutions on issues involving the accounts
  • Ensure merchandising guidelines are followed in store; pro-actively monitor stock levels, raising and rectifying any issues
  • Identify opportunities to generate new business and custom; executing in-store and external / local events to build brand awareness and drive retail
  • Monitor competitor launches and activity across your accounts
  • Provide regular feedback to store and support office, reporting to key stakeholders on business performance and SWOT

Who we are looking for:

This role is mobile, meaning you’ll need to work to a journey plan and be flexible to move around your accounts, building a breadth of experience as you do so. You’ll be self-motivated and prefer to work autonomously. You don’t need to have worked in beauty before, but you’ll need a passion for men’s grooming, with the ability to build genuine relationships and network with people at all levels.

You’ll need to be comfortable in a fast-paced, target driven environment; so you’ll be great with numbers and have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals or targets. You might be an existing sales manager, looking to get your foot in the door with a recognised industry leader or you might currently work in-store and want to take your career to the next level.
