Job Mission

Within this role, you will dedicate your time developing a set of National Accounts for L’Oréal Professional. Creating and facilitating education to their colleges, salons and in the L’Oréal Academy in Dublin. Furthermore you will be instrumental in supporting the National Accounts Commercial Manager to ensure the quality of knowledge and service that is associated with the brand is conveyed to the accounts. You will report to the L’Oréal Professionnel National Technical Manager.

 

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an exceptional individual - a talented and a self-motivated team player - who has enjoyed previous experience of delivering Technical expertise within a salon or beauty environment with bundles or energy and passion.
  • To schedule, monitor and co-ordinate the in-salon education sessions for the allocated national accounts to ensure a full 360 degree approach is taken to satisfy the needs of the salons at Group level
  • To liaise with and communicate to the head office of the accounts regarding all technical training needs and service offered
  • Conduct in-salon session with national accounts according to your agreed plans
  • To manage your journey plan autonomously ensuring the needs of national accounts are met
  • You will share your passion for inspiring others to maximise their performance through the brand, sharing your appreciation for superior service to reflect the brand values. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for superior service and will reflect the values of a superior brand in this arena
  • Working with the Portfolio Manager to ensure key profiles are identified and recognised through the artistic programmes
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of colour is an absolute essential requirement to the role as we need someone who can come in and hit the ground running
  • As well as being an advanced colour expert, we’re looking for someone who is commercially astute and understands the importance of selling; you must be good with figures and be able to drive sales of L’Oréal Professionnel in a Salon environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering Education Workshops, Presentations and Classes
  • City & Guilds level and /or full 4 year apprentice min served
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of colour
  • Exceptional confidence
  • Technical competence and cutting competence
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Experience of building relationships with clients
  • Full driving licence and willing to travel widely as part of the role
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • Enthusiastic manner
