We have a suitable opening in the function of Training & Education for the position of Technical Trainer for our Professional Product Division for the brand L’Oreal Professional. This is an individual contributor role where one has to train the clients (salons) on products and services and build the brand. The candidate should have 1 – 4 years of relevant experience. The location of the job will be Chennai with outstation travel of 5 – 7 days a month and candidates from professional beauty industry or reputed salons having experience in hairdressing will be given advantage. The details of the job are given below

Job Responsibilities:

  • To train clients (as well as internal staff) on brand-related products and services
  • Impersonate and transmit the values of the brand to the distribution
  • Develop creativity among clients and their teams, linked to new products (if there is no artistic trainer in the country)
  • Implement global or customized training programs for key salons
  • Participate in the development of new training actions
  • Make qualitative feedback on salons/hairdressers
  • Contribute to improve our products sell-out in line with brand strategy
  • Keep an eye on competition and report information.
