Key job accountabilities:

  • Executing the e-commerce strategy for own e-boutique and increasing brand’s online sales in respect with the brand/division model
  • Daily own e-boutique management
  • Executing e-commerce model (e-boutiques, e-retailing, e-tailing) to maximize sales and profit (proper assortment, promotions, services)
  • Monitoring KPIs to measure site performanace, tools efficiency, ROI
  • Maximizing conversion rate by improving consumer purchase experience and purchase path.
  • Generating traffic on sites using all lavers (media, search, social media etc.) in cooperation with digital/performance marketing team

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce
  • Experience in building and maintaining e-shops or experience working at the ecommerce shop
  • Expertise in digital
  • Very good knowledge og Google Analytics
  • Basic knowledge of DoubleClick
  • Knowledge of UX proven by realized projects
  • Basic knowledge of html
  • Knowledge of market, customer and brands
  • Research and market data analysis
  • Financial knowledge (P&L, sales forecasts)
  • Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment
  • Advertising and media planning knowledge
  • Fluency in  English, additional language a plus
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Knowledge of Demandware would be an asset
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment and in a networked organisation
