Business Development

New role in Division, HUB responsibility (PL + Baltics), reporting to Division General Manager Managing 10 people

Mission: Maximizing division business development & growth opportunities with focus on client business, driving Sales Force transformation, support partners to develop business, driving processes improvement & automatization (performance monitoring, data gathering)

Key responsibilities:

Creating strategy and deployment of division concept developing clients business and upgrading standards of consumer service. Clients digitalization

Initiating, strategizing and executing key projects aiming at busines development with collaboration with different functions

Sales Force transformation towards business advisors (concept, tools, deployment)

Professionalizing & automatization of data collection and reports (dashboards, KPIs), proposing new solutions

Initiating processes improvement introduction according to Division strategic choices

Coordination / channelling communication between Marketing / Edu / Sales


8 years experience in the role of Business Development /Business Intelligence (Sales Force development experience as an asset), Hub experience as an asset

Understanding the role & importance of Customer and Consumer Centricity

Initiative, Innovation driven

Successful leadership working in crossfunctional and transversal environment (cooperation, communication skills)

Excellent English, Master in Economy, strong business & analytical skills
