Key job accountabilities:                                                     


  Ensure Division business building accuracy by following and challenging KAMs sales montly forecasts - baseline promotions and launches        

  Develop deep customer knowledge on commercial and supply rules and policy, timelines, stock equation and sellout analysis

  Aggregate the total sales forecasts in units and consolidated sales, then analyze all available facts and figures to indentify potential gaps and opportunities

  Communicate objective feedback and propose adjustments to key stakeholders (GM, Sales, Supply, Finance) - validate sales forecasts lead the sales forecasts monthly meetings


Required Skills and Abilities:

 1-3 years of experience in business planning independent role/junior KAM within FMCG dynamic environments

 University Degree: Marketing/Finance/Economics

 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - focus on Excel and Power Pivot, DAX/MDX knowledge as an asset

  Outstanding analytical skills - focus on data and multitasking

  Good presentation and influencing skills 

 Flexible, goal-oriented problem solving approach

  Strong communication and networking skills

  Fluent English
