Key job accountabilities:

  • Establishes long term sales strategy in order to develop turnover and market shares  in respect to brands’ equity
  • Monitors a retailer-centric account planning process to reach as much alignment as possible with each client within in the joint business plans. Builds a compelling story to get retailer buying in.
  • Pilots the negotiation and execution by KA team, builds the action plan to implement the Division strategy at group of account level. Allocates resource accordingly, ensures accurate forecasts and adapts plan when needed.
  • Develops and executes annual business plan
  • Manages, coaches and develops KA team

 Required Skills and Abilities:

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in sales in international company from FMCG or pharma sector
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and operational drive
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical
  • Strong planning and project management
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment and in a networked organisation
  • Shows Initiative, drive and enthusiasm. Stress resistance and adaptability
  • Strong leader and team player who shows great level of maturity
  • Fluency in  English
