OFFICE MANAGER

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Managing all business areas of the given sector: maintenance, cleaning, new construction works, relocations / working space & desk preparations
Executing suitable policies for security, cars, mobile etc.
Ensuring security of people and goods
Proposing and development of modern and innovative services and functions to create a pleasant work place and environment
Ensuring the principles of the safety of people and goods in coordination with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and HR (Human Resources) on the site
Monitoring of service quality, monitoring of the activity indicators, monitoring of progress plans in accordance with the Group's security rule
Managing contracts and service providers
Managing social bodies in line with work conditions
Managing interfaces with authorities and with various local bodies

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


Proven experience of office project management (relocations, creation of working space) and administration (administrating car fleet, mobile providers)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Analytical, problem-solving approach
Multitasking and flexibility
Great communication skills
Fluent English
