Today we're seeking for a brilliant and motivated Product Manager to help us keep moving things forward.

 We expect that you succeed in:

  • Establishing Kiehl’s Since 1851 as leading skin care brand in Poland
  • Orchestrating the brand product launches and maximizing brand awareness
  • Managing marketing activities, supporting store openings
  • Pushing growth of pillar products and contributing to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship
  • Adapting the communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale)
  • Mobilizing and collaborating with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partnering agencies to build broader business strategy; meeting the deadlines and dealing with complexity
  • Managing PPP budget and trade plan
  • Making recommendations to management on the category based on one’s expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)

You’re the perfect match if:

You have 3 years of experience as Marketing Professional within dynamic retail industry. You have passion for understanding the needs of consumer; ability to interpret them and propose creative, innovative solution to meet these needs, but also:

  • Have an uncompromising focus on results, both purely marketing (brand awareness and image, number of engaged consumers loving our products) and business (sales, ROI of promotions and/or special actions, brand's profitability)
  • Have proven track of records in boosting brand’s performance in retail environment
  • Have energy from day to day to tackle new problems, address new challenges, and find new, creative ways how to progress even under time pressure
  • Have knowledge of market, consumer and brands
  • Are analytic and detail-oriented professional
  • Are Fluent in English
  • Have great communication skills – ease in establishing network 
  • Have passion for beauty and natural curiosity for skin care
