Then you must be the sales analyst star that we are looking for!

We expect that you succeed in:

  • Monitoring and evaluation of executed promotions, verification of its sales results, uplift, profitability, ROI

  • Analyzing of growth opportunities (promo success drivers, promo mechanics efficiency, analyses of competitors, the power of novelties, seasonality, a potential of distribution channels)

  • Monitoring of promo and regular prices – an organization of meetings with a presentation of price situation and conclusions

  • Taking an active part in the price change process resulting from strategic pricing initiatives

  • Support in promo policy management

  • Optimization of promo spending based on analyses of margin (producer, retailer)

  • Analysis of the market situation based on Nielsen, Focus, and other data

  • Development of reporting tools based on internal and external data to track main KPI’s

  • Recommendations for new solutions based on market best practices

  • Close cooperation with Sales, Finance and Marketing Department

  • Managing of promo database

  • Take an active part in creating new promo management processes, tools, and new ways of working.

You’re the perfect match, if:

You have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, where power brands are part of your everyday work. You have a passion for new digital tools and are always eager to put them in use. Furthermore, you:

  • Have very strong analytical and synthesis skills

  • Have a very good knowledge of Excel (knowledge of VBA, Nielsen, and Access would be an asset)

  • Have ability to make conclusions and recommendations

  • Have the ability to lead a meeting/conduct presentation

  • Have entrepreneurship and initiative

  • Have communication and networking skills

  • Are fluent English

  • Have knowledge of competitors, market trends and consumers would be an asset

  • Have experience as Revenue Specialist, Sales Analyst or similar (advance)
