Key job accountabilities:

  • Determine sales targets and monitor the achievement of objectives, ensure the achievement of sales turnover
  • Recruit, develop and manage team. Ensure development of sales expertise and know-how
  • Coach the sales team in the field
  • Ensure a perfect link between field force and headquarters in order to implement distribution and sales strategy of the brands
  • Develop strong relationships and manage major clients
  • Inform management about any relevant field news (competition initiatives, distribution)
  •  

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the sales environment with a minimum of 3 years in sales team management
  • Experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry will be an asset
  • Understanding of brand equity & marketing strategy
  • Good knowledge of market & channel specifics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage complexity
  • Influencing and negotating skills
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Flexibility, desire to learn, strong self-motivation
  • Communicative English
