Key job accountabilities:

  • Lead commercialization of Category National Activities Calendar – including promo actions & launches and translating categories & brands plans into in-store execution 
  • Close cooperation with marketing and sales departments (internally) and with key customers (externally)
  • Manage & develop sales period initiatives on time/within budget, align with business development & marketing & communicate to all stakeholders; focus on sales to ensure business objectives are achieved
  • Ensure continuous development of promotional mechanisms via pre- & post-evaluation including P&L & follow-up with recommendation for future actions
  • Be the linking pin between sales, category & marketing to secure that marketing platforms - including promo actions and launches - are executed optimally in the store
  • Contribute to the process of annual planning of volume building block
  • Manage a team of 2 people

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Marketing, within FMCG sector
  • Self-sufficient and dynamic person with strong organizational skills
