If you are currently an Indian student completing graduate research studies in the USA with at least two years of relevant research experience you could be eligible. The components of the program are:

During the time in the US, you are placed in a Formulation Lab or Applied Research Lab (Skin Care, Hair Care, Hair Color, Color Cosmetics or Fragrance) to learn procedures, raw materials, systems, & processes.
At the end of the US assignment, you will be assigned back to India for a local full-time opportunity.
Masters or PhD degree in Physical Chemistry, BioChemistry, Materials Science completed between December 2015 or June 2016
Post-doc experience or two years relevant research experience a plus
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Must be creative, analytical and have excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Must have a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging work environment and possess strong computer skills
An eye for color and a passion for art and science
Geographical flexibility and openness to international assignments are a must
Interested candidates must agree to relocation to India post-graduation or within end of employment assignment in the USA
Must be an F1 Visa holder
