Overview: Responsible for the in-store creative vision and implementation. Develop guidelines and pilot projects with zones & countries. Create strategies that champion the retail customer experience


Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and establish the global visual merchandising vision and retail design strategy
  • Implement the brand vision by reinforcing strong brand codes and developing navigation and layout for all formats
  • Stay relevant to design trends and consumer insights to drive innovation into our design visions to improve the consumer experience through all formats
  • Collaborate closely with teams in Global Brand Innovation squad and Global Brand Experience and wider stakeholders to ensure a cohesive 360 approach on all programs and to define best content for merchandising units
  • Execute impactful visions for launch displays and other POP vehicles
  • Give guidance and act as point of contact for countries and zones
  • Gather post-campaign analysis and share learnings with each Category innovation team
  • Manage the conception and production of World Wide Meeting prototypes
  • Development of POS material
  • Timely management and coordination of design, production and delivery of POS
  • Key outcomes in role are: Development of Merchandising & POS material; Management of the Brand Merchandising budget; Co-develop merchandising elements with a lead country; to ensure relevance to key countries/Zone at appropriate price and quantity
  • Manage projects within budget


Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related business experience
  • M.A in Space Design or Product Design
  • Adobe CC and 3D modelling/rendering programs (Sketchup Pro or Autodesk 3d Studio Max)
  • Designs and merchandising solutions for point-of-sale, display and POS displays.
  • Internal departments to liaise with, as well as suppliers and distributors management to coordinate design, production, delivery
  • Experience in Merchandising necessary
  • Consumer package goods or beauty industry experience is preferred
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
