Job Description :
Your role as a Retail Excellence and Customer Experience Director is to translate l’Oréal vision into top-level customers experience in store. You will represent a bridge between the customer and the brand
You will lead the omnichannel customer journeywork and set up a strong working partnership between L’Oréal and selected key retailers
You will support a brand in developing strategic planning, execution and analysis of all omnichannel consumer-marketing programs to maximize in store traffic, drive customer loyalty and optimize promotional strategies
You manage all brand retail technology innovation projects that meet the brand needs and share opportunities to enhance retail customer experience
