We except that you succeed in:

  • Translation & commercialization of national activities & tailoring to customer activation and e-com customer;
  • Coherent e-commerce assortment management (creation & control) per brand per channel and e-subchannel;
  • Preparation of annual trade calendar creation and managing in co-operation with e-commerce team;
  • Leading cross subchannels trade activities preparation (e.g. Christmas offer);
  • Close cooperation with e-commerce, sales and marketing departments;
  • Cooperation in cross-functional project teams;
  • Evaluation of effectiveness of promo activities;
  • Competition activities monitoring, market analyses;
  • Budget management.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • 1- 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing within FMCG sector;
  • Higher education;
  • Self-sufficient and dynamic person with strong organizational skills;
  • Management dynamism;
  • Building effective relationships;
  • Very strong analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Fluent English and Polish.
