Then you must be the commercial star that we are looking for – the next Senior Key Account Manager.

When taking on a career in our Consumer Products Division with L’Oréal Polska, you will get ownership of several customers where one of your finest tasks will be to develop our categories together with them. You will manage 2 Key Account Managers and you will be reporting to the Channel Manager.


We expect that you succeed in:


  • Developing, managing & servicing several categories with designated Clients
  • Developing the relationship with designated Clients
  • Creating a growth strategy for them and execute it
  • Managing the team
  • Successfully take charge of the yearly negotiations with the Clients and with these negotiations build on your growth strategy for the customers
  • Growing the business in a long term healthy way for both sides
  • Understanding the categories and the challenges, and with this knowledge build a strong strategy on the category mix
  • Forecasting and reporting at a best in class level


You’re the perfect match, if:


You have at least 3-5 years of experience as Key Account Manager within FMCG, where power brands are part of your every-day work. You have a master degree and understand the dynamics of the commercial work in a big international company. Furthermore, you:


  • Have proven record of commercial success in managing Clients
  • Put an honor in developing your team members to get them “dressed for success”
  • Have strong business drive joint with sensitivity for beauty products
  •  Managing complexity of different categories, brands and Buyers
  • Are a master in building, developing and retaining both internal and external relationships
  • Take great ownership in your business and you are ambitious
  • Are analytical and used to heavy data analysis and experienced with Excel
  • Are stress-resistant, result oriented, energetic and motivating to be around
  • Are creative, open for development and ready for changes
  •  Are an excellent communicator with great detail orientation
  • Are a pro-active can-do team player that thrive in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Are fluent in Polish and English
