To define the communication strategy to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time.

- Build the brand image, develop visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time

- Contribute to building and implementing a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy:

- Develop a communication plan with the management committee, validated by the GM

- Develop and implement a influencer strategy plan

- Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, events……

- Manage Public Relations:  spokesperson, ambassadors…

- Develop the brand image and visibility locally: Adapt locally the corporate positioning of the Brand (philanthropy, sponsoring…) and develop local initiatives in line with the international strategy

- Identify issues related to the brand and anticipate crisis

To implement the internal communication

- Coordinate with the country corporate communication team

- Support and advise the Country GM on corporate communication topics:

- Manage internal communication for the Brand

- Build an internal communication plan in line with the external plan

- Develop the brand image internally

- Recruit, develop and manage a team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes

- Manage the P.P.P


- University graduate
- 5 to 10 years
- at least 3 years’ related experience in the cosmetic (Especially Makeup)
- Fluent in both Korean and English
