L’Oréal Luxe Australia has a unique portfolio which combines traditional beauty, couture and alternative new luxury brands. The division delivers a unique world of beauty in three major specialisations – make-up, skincare and fragrance. In the Australian market our Head Office and Field teams work together to bring the brands Lancôme, YSL Beaute, Giorgio Armani, shu uemura, Urban Decay and the fragrances under the Prestige Collection International umbrella, to our consumers through department stores, selected pharmacies and ecommerce.

Due to the growth of our Luxe Division we are seeking an innovative Senior Communications Executive who will work across three of our premium brands, Giorgio Armani Cosmetics & Fragrances, YSL Beaute and Shu Uemura.  Based in our Sydney office and reporting to the General Manager, L’Oreal Luxe Communications you will be responsible for the development and implementation of end-to-end brand communication strategies in conjunction with our Marketing teams. This role is an excellent opportunity to bring your contemporary approach and partner with three of the most recognisable beauty brands.

 About the role


  • Development and implementation of end to end communications campaigns for each brand across social, online and print.
  • Managing the reputation of each Brand via premium earned media outcomes
  • Build anticipation and excitement for product launches and brand activity across all communication channels owned, earned and paid
  • Plan and deliver events associated with product launches and key brand activities
  • Identify, form and maintain excellent relationships with key influencers, including editors, vloggers and bloggers
  • Deliver plans for securing relevant celebrities and spokesmodels

  • Strong digital understanding of communications
